Rose
Rose started her pole journey in 2019 at Pranapole. And was in love after her first trial class. After a while she wanted to challenge herself and became a certified instructor trough xpertfitness.
«The best thing about teaching is seeing my students being able to do new tricks. I love seeing them progress, master skills and having fun» She says.
Rose loves spinning pole and her dream pole trick is human flag.
Her hope for Aurora Polearis is to grow big so we can offer a strong pole fitness program. So we can keep our amazing community, and keep cheering each other on.
Instructor, intro-course/noviceAstrid
She started her pole journey many years ago after watching some videos on YouTube. After a while she signed up for classes at 24/7. Pole was more challenging than she had thought, but she was determined to get better at it. Astrid got some injuries and broken bones, but even when the gym closed because of covid she wouldn’t give up. She got herself a pole at home and continued training.
When the gym finally opened again she was asked if she wanted to become an instructor. Astrid gladly accepted and got certified trough xpertfitnes.
Her favorite trick is a basic invert, because it was something she practiced a lot before she got it right. This was all she wanted to do for a while.
Her goal trick is iron x deadlift.
Her best beginner tip is to never give up. It is truly inspiring to see how far she has come. «Pole hurts, it is tiring and tough. But if it is something you really want to do you will se yourself improving faster than you would have thought.» She says.
She sees Aurora Polearis as a special community where we support each other and want to se others succeed.
«Everyone will go trough ups and downs but as long as we got each other, and keep supporting each other we will get far. Just look at us now.»

“my best trip for beginners is to ask a lot, and point your toes”
My dream is for Aurora-polearis to grow big, so we can have fun together. I hope we can show people why pole-fitness is a great sport and help people grow their confidence and our amazing community.
Founder, building owner (veveriet), potatoCathrine
Started going to the gym and soon realized they offered pole classes. When the gym began to get boring she figured she wanted a challenge. Cathrine decided to sign up for a course and found it was a great way of building strength, stamina, flexibility and coordination. Pole was a lot of fun and she needed to focus to get the progression she wanted.
“Even at my advanced age i still learn new tricks and feel addicted to the classes and our good community”
Her dream trick is a human flag, even though it will take time to get there.
Cathrine fell in love with pole so much that she is one of the co founders of Aurora-polearis, and is exited to be part of the progression to a new and bigger studio.
